Global Training Coordinator
Ensure that people at all levels of the organisation develop the skills, knowledge and experiences to fulfil the short and long term ambitions of the organisation and that they are motivated to learn, grow and perform.
The Global Training Coordinator role is to facilitate, administer and coordinate training activities using a variety of methods and tools, in support of the Global Talent Management strategy.
This will be achieved through :
Administration of regulatory / mandatory / other training for the global business supporting content creation and maintenance, scheduling, T&D reporting and responding to adhoc queries.
Global support in the coordination and administration of strategic T&D plans for each business areaTracking and administration of global training activities as required for reporting and audit purposesCoordination of external vendor accounts and facilities bookings, including all industry exams and certificationsMaintaining administration to support departmental Induction requirements for new joinersCreating frameworks, templates, tools and documentation etc.
in line with role requirements Lead on administration requirements of the Training & Development Intranet pages / HRIS Workday Learning / LinkedIn Learning to promote, embed and manage T&D communications, global calendars, and initiatives.
Be point of contact for general training related queries.Support the objective of ensuring training solutions have appropriate feedback / evaluation documentation to evidence improvements.
Coordinating and undertaking administrative tasks to assist smooth running of the department
Specific Role Responsibilities :
Coordinate and administer;Mandatory training; tracking completion; reporting and highlighting outstanding training as per reporting guidelinesThe study and exam process for the appropriate business certificates inc professional qualification applicationsCourse evaluation and feedback requirementsThe organisation of training venues, equipment and associated costsThe requirements of the Training & Development Intranet pages to promote, embed and manage T&D communications, global calendars, and initiatives.
Administration support of HR System Workday (Learning associated tasks)Course and programme creation in learning management systemProjects related to training and / or employee development initiatives as required / directed by the Head of Talent / Head of Regulatory Training and Training Managers
Some travel may be required as part of this role).
Experience Required :
Previous experience in training reporting, training creation and or administration / coordination rolesPrevious experience with HRIS Workday, LMS Articulate is advantageHighly organised and able to prioritise workload paying particular attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and adapts to changing priorities and redirectionStrong time management skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel capabilitiesA training certificate would be advantageous - Preferred Qualifications : HR / IT / business Degree
