Job Summary

Under limited supervision, performs intermediate skilled administrative support work and collaboratively assists with a variety of human resources functions, programs, and activities, maintaining confidential employee files and records, and related work as apparent or assigned.

This position assists with planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, measuring results, and evaluating human resources functions

JOB DUTIES

  • driving the recruitment process
  • administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process
  • ensure all HR administrative tasks are auctioned and completed in a timely manner
  • prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts and variations where required
  • ensure all HR records and information related to individual employees or employment related matters are maintained to required standards
  • support conducting reviews of HR documentations and processes such as policies, procedures, processes and forms
  • HR reporting
  • Communication and cooperation with external payroll provider
  • Facilitation of on-boarding and induction process for new employees
  • SKILLS

  • previous experience in Human Resources
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • communicative knowledge of English
  • knowledge of the Labour Code
  • good organization and coordination skills
  • attention to details
  • Proactive approach to work, flexibility and willingness to learn new things
