We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to join the Systems and Security team that provides support to the whole organisation.

Our new colleague will work closely with Systems Engineers, System Architect and CTO.

What the job will entail :

Provide security guidance on a new / existing cloud infrastructure and technologies.

Assisting development, QA and and systems engineers in incorporating security at every stage of product delivery.

Looking for vulnerabilities, security issues and risks in hardware and software.

Finding and implementing the best methods and tools to secure the IT infrastructure and networks within the organisation.

Constantly monitoring systems for attacks and intrusions.

Key skills, qualifications and expertise

3+ years of experience working in DevOps / Security culture

Experience in Cloud Security

Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks

Experience in performing threat modelling of highly connected systems

Knowledge and experience designing security aspects of distributed systems

Ability to seek out vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure and networks

It would be a bonus if you

GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer Certification or have experience in Google Cloud Platform Security

Have experience with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code.
