A key team player in our newly formed dedicated Services BI and Client Reporting team based in Prague, Czech Republic, you are passionate about building value and success for your clients and have expertise and hands on experience in data analysis and client reporting creation and automation (SQL, Excel VBA, Power BI) in IT Outsourcing or Managed Services business and sound applied knowledge in ITIL and Agile frameworks.

Main duties are :

The Service Level Reporting Analyst is a key position supporting a dedicated Managed Services client and internal operational teams with data acquisition, analysis and visualization for the creation and automation of standard and on demand Service reporting catalog.

The primary responsibility of the role is the creation and automation of the Client reporting portfolio as well as to be a passionate data storyteller able not only to extract and analyze data but further than that to tell the story behind the numbers and inspire to action.

You will be part of a dedicated to the client team of reporting and data analysts working on the creation of standard client reporting portfolio and ad hoc non-

standard reports meeting challenging internal and client requirements following Agile product development methodologies and ITIL Framework for service management.

You will be hands on participating actively in the daily activities on report creation and automation but could also be presenting on weekly and monthly cadence to internal and external stakeholders the story of the data and turning that into information and knowledge about our client’s journey identifying, addressing and driving strengths, risks and opportunities for improvement.

In that role you will own responsibilities and account-abilities in identifying and driving activities and actions in the agreed Service Improvement Plans and the general Continual Service Improvement process for your dedicated client but also in the internal operations organization.

Requirements

  • Qualification or experience in Management Information Systems / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science Experience is a nice to have
  • 3+ years’ working experience in business intelligence, reporting and data analysis for external IT Outsourcing or Managed Service clients is a must
  • Experience in IT Service Level Analysis / Service Level Management in client facing role is a must, particularly in Data Centre, Cloud or Networking Managed or fully Outsourced Services
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and VBA is a must have
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar visualisation tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a very strong advantage
  • Experience with SQL, SSRS, etc is a very strong advantage
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certificate is a strong advantage
  • A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and services and how they support business needs must be evident
  • Some project and program co-ordination experience are an advantage, particularly applying Agile methodologies
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong communication and presentation skills must be evident, other EU languages are a plus
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills to client and senior stakeholder level is a must
  • Energy and passion for the Client
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
