We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to drive new business as well as manage and develop existing accounts in your assigned geographical territory, ensuring revenue and margin growth in-line with sales targets and company strategy.
Maintain and develop existing accounts by promoting ways of improving contribution, share of wallet and reducing costsIdentify and pursue potential new and existing business opportunitiesIntroduces new products and cost reduction programs to aid customer processes Share of WalletWork alongside the rest of the Commercial Team to meet customer and Quaker Houghton expectations and objectives.
Identify prospects and assess product needs whilst supporting product development and research ideasSales and Pricing (when applicable) negotiations with to keep margins at desired levelsManage and maintain updated CRM pipeline, prospects, account plans etc.
Ideally a Chemistry, Production or other relevant engineering degreeSomeone with a proven track record in value driven business development.
Technical sales experience in the appropriate industryA dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ideally a degree or recognised qualification in engineering or sales.Self-starter that can also work with a team of account managers to drive business goals.
