As a Service Desk Analyst at NNIT Service Support Center in Prague you willhandle incoming calls from employees working at larger companies.

You willhandle incidents and service requests ranging from end user logon problems tofunctional support to business units.

Yourambition will be to get the problem solved within the first contact. Thesupport is provided in various languages for our customers’ globalorganizations, so you speak minimum these languages : Danish & English.

Aspart of the NNIT Service Support Center your analytical skills will be highlyvalued since we tend to be confronted with complex customer problems.

Co-workers will regard you as a person who is outgoing and working well in ateam and further down the line you will share your professional knowledge andexperience with them naturally.

Qualifications and experiences

Asa member of an IT support team you have or are willing to have a goodunderstanding of the IT environment and troubleshooting.

We donot expect you to have any previous experience in supporting IT, as we willtrain you on the job.

Beingfocused on quality and results you are constantly pursuing and achievingpersonal and work-related goals. You have excellent customer service skills andability to deal with customers in a professional manner.

Besides good timemanagement and prioritization skills you multitask effectively, have a highenergy level and a drive for support.

Youwill improve your communication and analytical skills, which will be neededsince you will be sometimes solving quite complex problems with different typesof customers.

Speaking and writing skills in English and Danish are essentialat a minimum of B2 level.
