As an Advanced Service Desk Analyst atNNIT Service Support Center in Prague you will handle incoming incidents andrequests from employees working for our customers.

These requests forassistance are ranging from end user logon problems to functional support tobusiness units.

Your ambition will be to get theproblem solved within the first contact. The support is provided in variouslanguages for our customers’ global organizations, so you speak minimum theselanguages : Turkish & English.

As part of the NNIT Service SupportCenter your analytical skills will be highly valued since we tend to beconfronted with complex customer problems.

Qualifications and experiences

As a member of an IT support team youhave a good understanding and are experienced (a minimum of 1 year in a similarposition) in troubleshooting all aspects of computer set-

  • up, software installation,MS Windows and MS Office. The position can also include handling how computersconnect to each other or the rest of the network;
  • printing, both locally and onthe network; and auxiliary devices such as tablets or smartphones.

    Being focused on quality and resultsyou are constantly pursuing and achieving personal and work-related goals. Youhave excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customers in aprofessional manner.

    Besides good time management and prioritization skills youmultitask effectively, have a high energy level and a drive for support.

    You will improve your communication andanalytical skills, which will be needed since you will be sometimes solvingquite complex problems with different types of customers.

    Speaking and writingskills in English and Turkish are essential at a minimum of B2 level.
