Job Summary :
Novartis is currently searching for a Security Operations Expert to join the IT team in Prague
Job Purpose :
Responsible for keeping infrastructure & security solution up & running
Key Responsibilities :
Day-to-day operational support for end-to-end security solution.
Identify and resolve incidents / problems that may impact day-to-day operations.
Provides support and assistance to customers to identify and resolve technical problems.
Escalates issues / problems to other support organizations as necessary.
Follow defined processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
Review and ensure compliance of technical operating instruction manuals, system documentation, work instructions, standards and procedures.
Performs technical analysis of workload, equipment loading, performance bottlenecks, and software changes and makes recommendations for improvements.
Execute change management activities as required.
Ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Provide after hours and on-call support as required.

The ideal candidate will have :
Degree or relevant equivalent experience
6+ years of experience supporting Security Solutions Products.
Practical knowledge and experience in IT Security.
Experience maintaining large scale environments.
