The Manager Learning and Culture EMEA will foster a continuous learning environment through self-directed and targeted offerings that shape our culture and build enterprise capabilities aligned with Eaton’s Business Strategy.
The role encompasses the deployment and implementation of global programs, the curation of content to meet emerging business needs, and the localization and creation of content that supports capability building of functions within the region.
Job Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy EMEA learning strategy that drives a continuous learning culture, supports business and functional needs and leverages new technologies to ensure high impact learning experiences for employees.
Build organization capability across client groups through the management and deployment of global leadership programs such as First Time Manager, Onboarding, Coaching, Feedback and Empowerment and other Leader X initiatives.
Partner with business leaders and HR to support performance development within functions and businesses through curation of content, identification of vendor solutions and / or creation of unique content to address current and future capability and skill needs.
Manage high potential / high performer Targeted Programs such as FLX and MLE, Executive Transition and Mentoring which supports capability building in leadership pipelines.
Lead projects by developing and managing project plans that are created in partnership with the businesses and functions.
Consult and partner with TMOE, HRBP, iERG’s and business leaders, providing expert advice and guidance on learning solutions.
Lead efforts to continuously build and enhance HR capability as well as internal trainer capabilities to expand employee reach and learning offerings.
Act as Change Management and Organizational Design subject matter expert, provide coaching and consulting region-wide. Build and deploy change management strategies for major regional initiatives as needed in collaboration with leaders and Change Ambassadors.
Partner with Global Learning & Culture on Employee Listening deployment efforts in the region, including census and pulse.
establishing relationships with local representatives of global vendors and identifying most relevant, high impact and cost-effective local partnerships where necessary.
Monitor learning effectiveness of Eaton University programs; measure business impact of key programs; work on specific themes to enhance effectiveness.
Effectively manage learning data and leverage resources like learning surveys, employee listening, LMS reports etc. to drive data-based decision making for Eaton University offerings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, Masters preferred Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.
Minimum of 3 years as a manager of people experience. Proven success developing and designing OD and talent strategies that drive business results and performance.
Demonstrated experience developing people and coaching and influencing managers (at all levels). Experience in the assessment, design, development, delivery and management of learning solutions in a corporate setting.
Strong execution and project management experience to drive results and monitor progress. Expertise in learning solutions design methodology.
