Project Management (master)
You will be part of a 15 people team (Project Management Office) responsible for delivery of our product line for the CSP market.
On a daily basis, we cooperate with such giants of telco industry players as : AT&T, Telefonica, Telia, Telenor, Orange, T-Mobile, Sunrise Communications AG, Vodafone.

Responsibilities (what you will do) :
Lead project management for product delivery and integration :
Lead and manage communication in the project, according to internal and Customers’ policies.
Manage usual project principles, such as scope, budget, time, priorities and risks in the project.
Take responsibility for deliverables and conduction of Customers’ processes (UATs, PATs etc.).
Ensure Customers’ processes are complete and compliant with product capabilities or other measures get agreed and implemented.
Cooperate with project management and product teams :
Interact with all involved parties of the project to identify gaps, build solutions and recommend efficiency improvements.
Translate and explain Customers’ expectations to development teams.
Improve delivery processes and compliance with Customers’ requirements.
Align with other project managers and team leads to ensure consistency of processes, critical issues management, and reporting.
Manage internal development project tasks in accordance with SCRUM, including feature backlog management and user story management.
Deliver and pre-organise feedback from Customers.
Keep and extend record of project artefacts.
Delegate tasks to system engineers and Site Reliability Engineers during deployment.
5+ years Experience in project management in IT or telecommunication industry
Hands-on experience in implementation team management.
Very good understanding of technical aspects of accompanying technologies (TCP / IP networks, HTTP, DHCP, Linux, servers, applications, APIs etc.).
Very good knowledge of English language - C1 desirable.
Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and establish relationships at all levels.
Team player with collaborative mindset and problem solving nature
Nice to have :
Bachelor degree in engineering (especially in telecommunication, ICT, IT).
Experience in delivery in on-premises and SaaS models in diverse environments.
Understanding of complex multi-server architectures with load balancers and REST API automation with external tools.
Previous hands-on experience in networks or Linux systems administration is a big plus.
Knowledge of access technologies : xDSL, FTTx, HFC.
Experience in IT monitoring software - admin or user.
