In this role you will be responsible for marketing research across all regions for World of Tanks PC. Sat within the global team, you will work with internal and external research partners to design, manage, and knowledge share on quantitative and qualitative research projects within the marketing team.
A successful candidate will be analytical, detail oriented, strong at pattern recognition, and have strong communication skills.

What will you do?
Work closely with a strategist to identify gaps in the marketing teams’ knowledge
Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of various research methodologies, and ensure we are using the right tools to solve the right problems
Write detailed and actionable research briefs to be provided to research partners
Identify and vet external research partners around a variety of specialisms
Compare and contrast multiple research proposals to identify their strengths and weaknesses
Brief in and oversee research projects
Identify key insights revealed by the research
Debrief stakeholders within the marketing team and beyond
What are we looking for?
4-6 years’ experience in marketing research
Experience leading qualitative research projects
Experience leading quantitative research projects
Confident communication skills, ability to distil complex ideas into simple language, excellence in presenting to large groups
A passion for PC gaming and familiarity with the competitive landscape
