We're fully flexible. As of November 2021, if it suits your role at Deltatre, you can work full time from home / remotely, from the office, or a combination within the same country as your contracted office of employment.

Video Experiences is the Unit leading OTT products and services provider delivering best-of-breed products and components as well as comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Our premium software products and UXD consultancy are the principal choice of leading telecom, cable, broadcast, media and aviation companies.

An E2E Technical Leader is the responsible for the technology in a specific service team. He represents the E2E Architect toward the team members and the team members toward stakeholders and external roles.

A Technical Leader also manages the other technical people in the team to guide and grow them.

This role has a strong strategic and managerial responsibility but remains technical and hands-on with the expectation of contributing to the more complex implementation activities.

Strategy

  • Work alongside the Team, the Business Owner and E2E Architect to define how backlog stories should be designed and built to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Work alongside the E2E Architect to define and maintain the E2E Services best practices
  • Collaborate with other Technical Leaders, Unit and Global Architects when required to find technical solutions and share knowledge
  • Responsible to make sure that your service will integrate in the whole ecosystem
  • Team

  • Lead, manage and grow the technical people allocated to your team.
  • Support the recruitment of new team members, ensuring effective onboarding of new hires
  • Operations

  • Drive task prioritisation with the support of the Business Owner
  • Support and coach the Team in technical decision making, and drive technical impediment resolution
  • As part of a collaborative team, complete complex tasks in line with deadlines and to high quality standards and also guide your team members in doing the same
  • Lead your Team in providing technical assessments and validate (or provide) estimations for all scopes of work
  • Manage and resolve more challenging technical issues, where necessary communicating with internal and external stakeholders to keep them appraised
  • Create, define, and implement workflows and processes for your time, ensuring effective implementation and consistency with global best practices
  • Manage and provide on-call support when required
  • Manage operational issues and feedback from B2B team
