Resolving the return or exchange of goodsProviding information about the gift card, its benefits, and usageTroubleshooting personal accounts usersChecking payment transactionsCustomer line open daily ( from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm)- 9 hours working hours only, so which means morning or afternoon shifts requiredWeekends from 9 am to 5 pm (not every weekend of the month) Requirements : Slovenian Native speaker.
