The newly created position of Global HR Manufacturing Leader will provide a broad range of HR Business Partnership in support of business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives for approximately 4500 employees across the TS ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) footprints across the world.

Position Scope :

Supporting the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) VP Operations and in close relationship with the leaders of TS’s manufacturing sites in all the region, the successful candidate will lead operational and strategic HR support for achieving business objectives working closely with the HR Country Leader for the TS organization, the tasks will be including talent management (assessment, acquisition, development, and redeployment), organizational effectiveness (change management, leadership development, and organization design), and employee engagement (communications, employee relations, LER, reward and recognition).

Focus areas include transition management and the growth of emerging regions.

This position reports directly to the Global HR Sr. Director TS ISC and will partner with his / her peers (COE, Regional HR organization) across the globe to ensure successful execution of key strategies.

The successful candidate will participate as a member of the overall TS ISC HR leadership team to drive strategic HR leadership across all of TS, as well as participate in TS wide HR activities as assigned.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Provide strategic HR leadership to the VP Operations
  • Participate in the development and implementation of organizational talent strategy and planning; be part of the evolution of the footprint strategy and transition
  • Consolidates TS ISC MRR and Talent management efforts globally (three regions including Europe, APAC and Americas) including piloting quarterly MRR focus & Succession Planning updates / accuracy.
  • Lead organizational and leadership development and effectiveness for ISC Plant
  • Lead HR processes, in partnership with business and Country HR Org in TS, including talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, and compensation strategy and planning
  • Lead for HR Plant key ISC processes including STRAP, AOP, Strategy, Transition
  • Understand and leverage the broader HR organization / country structure (COE, HRS)
  • Accountable for delivery of compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning and deployment across all regions
  • Demonstrate TS’s core values and foster Six Sigma Plus, HOS, Continuous Improvement, and Learning at all levels and ensuring HSE as high standard for our global footprint
  • Other Information :

  • This role requires 50% travel time.
  • YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive progressive professional Human Resources experience is required with supporting manufacturing organizations and operations
  • Bachelor's degree is required and Master's degree is strongly preferred, with a concentration in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning, or related discipline also preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to link business objectives and human resources activities
  • Advanced level of English
