Vue Storefront is a Frontend Platform for Headless Commerce , which was built with an open-source mindset and the trust of a global community.
It is the result of our effort to provide developers with modern and forward-thinking technical solutions crafted to meet common eCommerce industry challenges.
Vue Storefront started in 2017 as a bottom-down initiative from Divante agency developers who were looking for ways to make things faster, easier, and more effective.
The available solutions didn’t meet their expectations so they created their own.
Today, Vue Storefront is not only the biggest and the fastest growing Frontend for eCommerce , it’s a whole ecosystem of frontend services that can work together or independently.
Each of the services addresses a key component of your development cycle while building eCommerce storefronts from Build to Launch.

What will you be doing in this role?
This role is a senior engineering management role in Vue Storefront. You will be growing leaders into engineers and growing their skills
You will be building products - the ones you would like to use yourself
Care for standards, best practices, and tool adoption, as well as cross-training resources
Coach, performance development, one-on-one meetings, mentoring, and general career counseling for your team
Prioritize ruthlessly the core projects of your teams
Drive and manage your teams’ performance against SLAs and KPIs, including metric reporting on team performance
Work with our core infrastructure both from technical standpoint (how to grow and optimize it)
Own roadmap for our SAAS part of product and our hosting part of product and work with product manager on best way to impact roadmap
Work with your teams (2-3) on a daily basis to achieve best output to create scalable solutions / architectures around hosting and storefront management plane
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the teams in the product development teams
Effectively influence stakeholders, win trust, present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to audiences with different depths of technical knowledge.
Proactively contribute to the product roadmap and engineering best practices.
What do we expect you to have?
You have demonstrated a track record in managing a high-performance Engineering teams - preferably +3 years
You have worked in Series A,B,C tech startup or in a scaling organization experiencing exponential growth
You like motivating people to go beyond and above, you live execution and delivery
You have built and shipped products that your users loved
You share the love of both tech and product. You try to get the HOW to best answer the what.
You love talking about sharing strategies or requirements for multi-tenant or single tenant applications, but at the same time you can talk about shape of UI in the product you deliver
You have past experience as a individual contributor, but chose to grow as a people manager and enjoy working with product
Great communications skills - being clear, concise and to the point - you enjoy delivering the message - to your teams, to other teammates, to your senior stakeholders and to the users as well
Fluent English (at least C1)
