Social Care Sourcing SpecialistWould you like to support social care organisations by sourcing new talent for them? As a social care sourcing specialist, you would make an impact on one of the most important sectors in the UK by assisting them with hiring the people they need to care for others.

The role : As a sourcing specialist, you will work with our wider recruitment team to search the market and identify the best candidates for our social care clients - organisations that support adults with learning disabilities, vulnerable children, and more.

You will have access to multiple job boards and advertising platforms, and professional networking platforms, to help you source this crucial talent.

Thanks to our award-winning training program, you will also have access to all the training you need to succeed in the role.

This is a fast-paced, competitive, target-driven role so you will need a good deal of self-motivation and resilience but everything else we can teach you!Benefits : Industry-leading commission structure - the clients you support will pay us for your services, and you will take home up to 40% of that.

Your on target earnings for year one will be €25,000- €35,000 and by your second year, €60,000 or more!International relocation - start your career in our Prague office where you will have access to our training team and some of the best recruitment mentors in the industry.
