The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships cross-functionally and experience working in a fast-

paced organization supporting our client and their global marketing operations reporting needs.

The right candidate is as well going to get involved in a broad range of initiatives and to be building of relationships in and outside of our client’s business.

Candidates need to be creative and open-minded, not afraid to challenge current processes and someone who contributes ideas that can help shape our future successes.

This role is based onsite at our client’s Prague location.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Setting up multi-format, multi-variable campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Design, set up and test technically complex campaigns end to end
  • Working closely with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, marketing and operational teams
  • Supporting other production efforts as needed
  • Core Competencies :

  • Solid understanding of Marketing Automation, demonstrating the ability to improve Business Process, along with the design and development of campaigns
  • Ability to relate across the enterprise, communicate benefits, and bring all stakeholders on the journey of delivery
  • Great communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated campaign management and development
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to handle multiple requests, changes and conflicting priorities
  • Essential Competencies :

  • Extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform experience - conceptual and hands-on experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience -
  • Certification preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience with Contact Builder, Automation Builder, Journey Builder, Email Studio but deep understanding of Journey Builder.
  • Expertise in the hands-on technical configuration of the platform
  • Knowledge of AMP Script, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and basic SQL for email
  • An understanding of XML is advantage
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser / platform issues and email best practice.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • An understanding of Creative Design with a keen eye for detail
