The Brand Manager will have a significant role in executing our goal to bring new innovative product to those in need.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Develop complex (external, internal, patient) strategic and operational plans for entrusted portfolio in line with planning standards and corporate strategy, support and coordinate with respect to other brands
Monitor market trends, sales, product performance, expenses and structure of business franchise including exploitment of new business development opportunities
Possess in depth medical knowledge of the products, provide medical inputs to marketing strategy and promotional and advertising tools
Support or adapt global marketing strategy to reach short and long term product strategy goals in terms of patients’ access to treatment and resource allocation
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationship. Prepare and implement customer segmentation and customer specific tactics
Possess in depth up to date knowledge of key competitors and their likely strategies translate into effective competitive strategies.
Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product
Communicate effectively within the team and cross-functionally to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other key departments (Medical, Market Access and others) and to ensure the achievement of product objectives
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to support current and future product objectives
Develop and involve patient advocacy groups; educate patients through close strategic cooperation with PAGs and thus maximize patient access to treatment
Assurance of forecast of inventory levels of allocated products ensuring continuous supply at minimum necessary inventory levels
Drive preparation of brand reviews and perform regular presentations to FF and management
Provide inputs and analysis to Market Access submissions (dossiers) and cooperate closely to ensure the best pricing negotiations outcome
What you’ll bring to the role :
University degree in Science and / or MBA degree
Czech fluent written and spoken
English fluent written and spoken
2+ years relevant marketing or field sales experience in Pharma industry
Solid experience in project management
Successfully managed a product in a highly competitive environment
Experience in oncology is a plus
