Travel Administrative Assistant

Full-time, Homebased in Prague, CZ Republic

In this role you be responsible in assisting the Rail / Visa Travel Consultant team in any administrative duties that are needed.

A snapshot of this opportunity

Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)

Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests

Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties

Consistently follows BCD Travel call / email guidelines

Creates rapport with the customer, by showing interest and having a friendly tone of voice

Ensure team members are kept up to date with new policies, procedures, and announcements

How you can set yourself apart

Extensive administrative experience in the corporate travel management industry

Fluent in both written and spoken Czech and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

You demonstrate internet research skills for customer information

Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
