As the IT world is transitioning its business from a hardware centric to a software centric environment, so too NTT must also transition, the Software Lifecycle Lead will be focused to accelerate adoption and expansion within the client base moving to software, subscription and EA’s, and this transition across Europe.

  • An all-rounder when it comes to technology knowledge, but the ability to deep dive into the detail when required. You will be involved in all of the GTM Practice Areas, these include;
  • Intelligent Infrastructure
  • Intelligent Cybersecurity
  • Intelligent Workplace and CX
  • Your role will be to drive the countries with the activation, adoption and ongoing Lifecycle Management of key software offers and Enterprise Agreements.

    You will support the in-country Lifecycle Specialists to identify target clients for activation and adoption and provide the required materials they need to be successful.

    For the countries that have not appointed such profile (yet), you will also provide the insights of the main contracts that should be managed lifecycle wise.

    Working at NTT

  • Software Activation & Adoption; You will be playing a key role in ensuring that NTT clients activate their software purchases and receive the perceived value from them.
  • Software Lifecycle Management : Developing capabilities with our Group teams to enable the in-country specialists to deliver EA reporting to their clients.
  • Develop the Lifecycle Approach : You will need to develop guidebooks for the key software offers that the in-country teams can use to accelerate their client’s success.
  • Country Enablement : you will be responsible in developing new capabilities and onboard new resources
  • Country Support : supporting the Software Lifecycle Specialists across EU and assist them in developing their practice.
  • You will be expected to hold regular cadence calls with the the in-country Software Lifecycle Specialist

  • Vendor Programs : you will be responsible for ensuring we maximize the vendor payouts for activation and adoption of software products.
  • Partnering with Regional Stakeholders : you will be responsible for building close partnerships with Services and the CSM Regional leads to ensure alignment of activities.
  • What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • Deep understanding of the software sales motion
  • Understanding of software licensing and EA constructs
  • Several years of software related knowledge
  • Understanding of the LAER model and the roles played throughout the lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate with key client facing teams
  • Knowledge of key vendors licensing models, such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare and Palo Alto
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
  • Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in area of expertise and the ability to facilitate business conversations.
  • What you will need :

  • You have an educational background in IT, business administration or information management focused on product management and / or business development
  • You have led a business in the IT industry with responsibility on revenues and profit.
  • Experience in product and business development in technology and services domains, including client facing responsibilities
  • You have a technical or software integration background, with strong cloud understanding.
  • You have a proven experience in managing teams and leading toward ambitious objectives
  • You are familiar with consulting led approaches, methodology and practice
  • Strong communication, presentations and planning skills are key
  • You carry a good knowledge of the country markets, as well as that of the various relevant stakeholders and vendors present
  • Experience in project management and / or marketing will be an asset
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and have hold position in which you have demonstrated your ability to engage with a wide range of functional and geographical organizations, including multicultural management
