The World of Warships EU Marketing team is searching for a colleague to join them in Prague. You will receive mentorship and guidance to let you learn, scale your experience, and become a marketing expert yourself.
As an Influencers Manager you’ll develop influencer strategies for the World of Warships Francize Titles (PC, Consoles), expand relationships with influencers and agencies that manage them and develop World of Warships Influencer network.
You will manage online and offline campaigns, manage and develop the traffic and stay up to date on competitors and business trends.
Product Marketing Lead
What will you do?
Build, cultivate, and expand relationships with influencers and organizations that manage them
Coordinate marketing & influencer administrative needs internally / externally
Work together with regional marketing managers on securing the audience
Maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives
Support various ongoing influencer activities from EU Marketing Team
Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand
Manage and develop the traffic : campaigns creation, tracking links, landing page implementation, creatives implementation, game account creation for influencers, etc.
Provide day to day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day obstacles internally / externally
Creatively and proactively pitch out-of-the-box ideas to boost World of Warships titles performance involving Influencers
Stay up to date on competitors and business trends, as well as social media and marketing best practices; identify areas of opportunity and future growth.
What are we looking for?
You are passionate about digital trends
Curious, creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and marketing knowledge
Good understanding of YouTube, Twitch ecosystems and main social media, streaming platforms
Results driven and capable of driving different projects simultaneously
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in related field.
Fluent in English; Additional language is a plus
Ability to efficiently manage projects, budgets, schedule, quality, and scope
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients & customers
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Tubular (or similar tools)
Ability to make sound business decisions
Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills
