The Jr. Project Manager is a member of the Global Process Engineering Team which is responsible to manage and support end to end business processes in all divisions ERP application (QAD and related interfaces).
The Global Process Engineering Team also serves as subject matter experts on programs intent on deploying / upgrading / integrating systems supporting the organization's business processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on Jr. Project Manager to strengthen our Global Process Engineering team. In this position you will support the global business processes of all business units and related interfaces.
This project manager gets things done, is very creative in finding solutions and is able to build and understand connections between the business processes and IT related systems.
The successful candidate for this opportunity will be supporting the ERP (QAD) related processes on a day-to-day business, improve processes in order to maintain efficiency and participates in (global) projects mainly focused on (service) logistic processes.
He / she has close relations with the Business Application Owner Logistics, other project managers in the team and colleagues from many different departments : Service Operations, Logistics, Service Marketing and IT.
He / she can work independently under stress-situations (time-pressure, expectations), understands the importance of customer satisfaction, and succeeds through dedication, enthusiasm, and enabling a network of expert people within the Material & Science Division.
Examples of recent projects our department has managed are a global upgrade of QAD, a project via EDI for our global logistics service provider, which means that all our company regions submit semi-
