As a member of Amazon’s HR Services team, the Senior Associate Global Work Authorization will support subject matter experts in the administration of our HR audit and compliance programs.
The Senior Associate will provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution, and perform issue resolution through an electronic remedy process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, and has the ability to process large volumes of transactions, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with the customer service focus that the world associates with and expects from Amazon.
Fluent in speaking, writing and most importantly, reading Vietnamese and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job work experience
MS Office experience and ability to independently use MS Excel formulas for reporting
Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
2+ years’ experience in a related field
Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, OnBase)
Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (recruiters, multiple levels of HR business partners and vendors)
Audit / Compliance experience
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Proven analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large amounts of data and in developing metrics and reporting
Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
