Yourresponsibilities as a Solutions Architect
You will be the one who supports design ofService Desk Solutions.
You will communicate and interact withdiverse internal and external stakeholders from technician to management level.And it is your responsibility to gather and understand solution requirements aswell as to support the delivery units in relation to services and solutions.
Your work tasks include :
Design solution for Service Desk tools such as ticketing systems, reporting tools etc.
Assist in identifying, understanding and transforming service Desk requirements into solutions based on NNIT standard services as well as quality standards and processes.
Assist in solving difficult technical challenges and to create IT architectures for simple solutions.
Yourqualifications and experience
You are fluent in English (both spoken andwritten).
You have a strong technical backgroundwithin IT Service Desk.
You have a good understanding of the ITILframework and you are ITIL certified.
We appreciateif you have experience with working on projects and if you have worked with IToutsourcing from a customer or supplier perspective.
