HR Business Partner

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Providing advice and support in personal leadership to managers in the assigned departments
  • Support in the development of managerial skills , succession plans, change management, recruitment and adaptation
  • Monitoring and control of the HR costs in alignment with annual budget plan
  • Monitoring of personnel sources for each department and their occupancy
  • Coordination of fluctuation , offering solutions and helping to identify their reasons
  • Providing consultation in the field of labor law for managers and employees
  • Implementation of all changes in HR standard processes , procedures and tools towards the entrusted departments
  • Building of corporate culture
  • Act as a deputy of HR Manager
  • Requirements

  • University or bachelor s degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience on similar position
  • Good knowledge of Czech labor code
  • Proactive and result oriented person
  • Communicative and service oriented person
  • English fluent, German advantage
  • Experience from automotive is a plus
