HR Business Partner

Responsibilities & Tasks

Providing advice and support in personal leadership to managers in the assigned departments

Support in the development of managerial skills , succession plans, change management, recruitment and adaptation

Monitoring and control of the HR costs in alignment with annual budget plan

Monitoring of personnel sources for each department and their occupancy

Coordination of fluctuation , offering solutions and helping to identify their reasons

Providing consultation in the field of labor law for managers and employees

Implementation of all changes in HR standard processes , procedures and tools towards the entrusted departments

Building of corporate culture

Act as a deputy of HR Manager

Requirements

University or bachelor s degree

Min. 5 years of experience on similar position

Good knowledge of Czech labor code

Proactive and result oriented person

Communicative and service oriented person

English fluent, German advantage

Experience from automotive is a plus
