by-one cleansing activities with advanced tools and simple mass corrections prepared by senior colleagues.
What will you do here?
Solves complex incoming requests.Keeps updating knowledge about existing services and correction tools (Cookbook).
Participates in on-call duty rotation. It is required to be available on site for emergencies on short notice.
Performs assigned tasks in order backlog and inconsistencies cross all systems and supervises their solving, creates incidents and provides data corrections.
Escalates communications of technical problems.Makes and ensures internal communication of planned and unplanned outages.
Actively cooperates on creating and updating the processes, improvement of the processes, cooperation on projects. Cooperates with other departments, mainly technology departments.
Provides on the job training and mentoring of Junior Specialists CCTS.
Works to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental key performance indicators.
Works with high quality and efficiency according to set rules and targets.Provides correct and qualified information to the external and internal customers.
Resolve complaints to senior management with technical / process issues.
What knowledge and skills do we expect?
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Advanced knowledge of key VF systems, also from database point of view (Siebel, Kenan, Tibco, Surepay)
Knowledge of VF system architecture and relations
Good knowledge of SQL
Advanced technical skills
English - the ability to read and write
Experience in relevant position : At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications, preffered in VF CZ
