Your mission will be :
Reach or overachieve sales targets set for the region by selling alongside with the dealer partner
To be the go to person for the dealers and to understand the dealers business and build a positive relationship with their teams and helps them grow capabilities across segments but also you will play a leadership role in helping the dealer close priority opportunities.
You will engage and co-ordinate with internal Steelcase teams to support the dealer and focus on developing the dealer capabilities through an ongoing training programs working together with your Sales Leader to ensure strong dealer plans are in place and work side by side with the rest of the team to gain alignment.
You will collaborate with marketing people to run events to generate leads and close deals.
Your main tasks within the geographical scope of Czech Republic & Slovakia are :
Design and execute a joint business plan with your dealer partners covering sales and marketing strategy
Close priority sales opportunities with the dealer
Be responsible for a selected list of accounts within the market in sync with strategic and global account managers
Establish communication and alignment with the dealer; across all categories / products, resources and corporate programs
Focused on and accountable for growing business across categories and vertical markets
Assist in developing training programs to support growth in dealer capabilities
Coordinate involvement of specialists to strengthen dealer capabilities and support specific opportunities
Consistently use of CRM to handle performance and communicate with the team.
Who you are :
Education and Experience :
You have a Bachelor’s degree (MSc preferred), preferably in Business or Marketing
You are sales passionate / experienced with an insight-led selling approach
You have experience within a B2B and indirect sales and business environment
Your language skills are : Excellent Czech or Slovak and English
You are sales driven and you have excellent listening skills : ability to connect with people and to connect people with people as well as to lead them
You can influence, lead and coach people to close priority sales opportunities to achieve targets results
You are team oriented with the capacity to develop and handle multiple relationships across different cultures and personalities
You are a great communicator as well as you can listen and quickly understand requirements to define the appropriate course of actions
Solution / resolution focused with a developed sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability are on your strength list
You are comfortable to work autonomously with remote management and at ease with virtual interactions and related tools (e.
g. Telepresence, Skype, social networks), also you can identify, manage and use multiple resources within the company, to deliver sales growth and service perfection
You like discipline and have the ability to understand and implement sales and promotional plans for our dealers
Furniture and design are your passion.
