The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join SAP on the Linux team in Brno, Czech Republic.
In this role, you will provide high level technical support to customers using SAP applications with Red Hat solutions, so you're expected to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
You will become an expert on Red Hat technologies and a trusted advisor to enterprise-level customers. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll work with customers to build a relationship of trust and confidence between Red Hat and the customer engineering, development, and operations teams and continually improve the product.
You will be expected to share your knowledge with your colleagues and customers alike through contributing to the global knowledge base, providing internal training sessions on a particular area of interest, or mentoring less experienced teammates on an ongoing basis.
You will also have the opportunity to be actively involved in product development, verification, troubleshooting, documentation, and upstream community work.
