    Job summary

    The Red Hat Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will provide strategic support to hiring managers, both in the Czech Republic and across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, throughout the recruiting life cycle.

    You'll serve as a consultant and facilitator, working to streamline the recruiting process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

    You’ll also negotiate offers with candidates, advise managers on creating competitive offers, and facilitate the interview process for internal and external candidates.

    As a Senior Recruiter, you'll also deliver regular training to associates on topics including internal mobility, interview strategy, and associate referrals.

    Primary job responsibilities

  • Communicate frequently with managers to understand their hiring priorities
  • Assist managers on recruiting strategy, including preferred locations, talent pools, and the competitive landscape
  • Work with managers to develop compelling job descriptions; maintain job description library
  • Create an effective recruiting strategy in cooperation with candidate and delivery teams
  • Manage internal hiring process related to positions assigned to you
  • Ensure an exceptional interview experience for all candidates
  • Coordinate the hand-off of new hires to our People (HR) team
  • Participate in projects focused on talent acquisition and management
  • Required skills

  • Professional experience in recruitment, HR, or project coordination
  • Excellent advisory and consulting skills; experience in relationship management
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at once and balance priorities
  • Ability to take initiative and to identify problems and seek out solutions
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Broad understanding of the concepts of IT like operating systems, programming languages, and job functions is a plus
