YOUR ROLE

You will act as a consultative and operational regional partner to the hubs based senior management team of the Kuoni Tumlare business, driving positive business change through the population of 650+ employees across the 4 hubs in Tallinn, Prague, Budapest and St.

Petersburg. This role will be directly responsible for end to end HR services and provide leadership to a team of Hub HR Managers and HR Admin through local support and outsourced shared services.

YOUR TEAM

You will report to the VP Global HR operations and work closely with HR Leadership team members, functional HRBPs and Specialist HR functions.

You will take on management responsibility for local HR teams (10-12 ppl).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a versatile and comprehensive HR role where you will be given a space to apply all your knowledge and keep developing yourself.

Workforce Planning

Support local / regional VPs and Global HRBPs for WF planning and manage seasonality ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times In line with budgeted FTE and costs.

HR Budgets :

Input to set up budget, Monitoring and Budget control, FCA, FCB, FCC for HR cost in the region. Coach local HR team to set up and monitor budgets if applicable

Talent Acquisition :

In conjunction with TA Partner develop TA strategy and employer branding initiatives for hubs and coach / manage local recruiters to deliver.

For leadership roles participate in intake meeting, identify sourcing strategy and channels with TA, identify local job boards / channels and set up agreements, participate in Assessment Centers and Interview Panel.

Provide local intelligence on competitive TA strategies, trends, availability of talent.

On boarding :

Supported by HR team and Global Talent Management, create and deliver a world class onboarding experience. Supervise / course correct as necessary, implement survey feedback.

Coaching & Counselling :

You will coach and support business partners. Counsel mid / senior line managers as needed. Coach, manage and develop team of local HR + HR Admin + TA.

C&B processes :

Provide C&B with inputs / data for Bonus Management. Follow up with business partners to meet timelines. Manage comms in relation to Bonus plans including annual program launch / changes.

Provide inputs for contact center specific bonus plans with local contact centre comparisons. Coach and support business partners with Merit Review processes, manage timelines.

Benefits :

Provide inputs to C&B and support C&B as needed. Take the lead on negotiation where C&B is not able to support / local leadership is required.

Policies :

Take full responsibility to review, update and file with local labour authorities.

Talent Management :

Support with Training Needs Analysis, facilitate short sessions, support Training with logistics and facilitation. Succession management : Coach and support managers as needed with the process,.

Consult / support preparation of Personal development plans, monitor progress and coach as needed.

Employee Engagement :

Promote participation in global engagement and other surveys. Disseminate / communicate survey results, Action planning post survey.

Execute global engagement programs, formulate and execute local programs. Represent cluster for global / regional projects, attend meetings and provide inputs.

Disciplinary, PIP :

Formulate policy, conduct investigations, hold meetings, complete reports and execute outcomes. Point of escalation for disciplinary processes that do not get resolved at local level

Ensure CSR champions are identified. Support champions to formulate and run local CSR initiatives

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Senior HR generalist experience in a fast paced commercial environment in a global company.
  • HR experience in an operations hub / customer service centre / call centre environment in region and experience and a good understanding of employee legislation.
  • University degree or equivalent depth of experience
  • Demonstrable experience of working with senior management in the delivery of HR programs, organizational restructuring, and change projects.
  • Experience of managing other HR team members ( incl. remotely) such as HR Managers / Partners, TA Partners
  • Experience of designing and implementing change programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability and credibility to build strong relationships and to operate at all levels.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage project delivery to deadlines.
  • Positive, can do , flexible attitude.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office and experience working with an HR Information System.
  • Ability to forge strong and respectful cross-cultural relationships
