As a Prime Sales AccountManager you will be responsible for selling hardware (ODA) and databasesoftware solutions to an assigned geographic or vertical territory to achieveassigned objectives.

  • Build a sales plan to achievetargets for the ODA product set
  • Support the definition andexecute campaigns both within the Oracle install base and new customerincluding campaigns which address potential in LOB business units
  • Drive execution of campaignsin cooperation with Tech Sales Representatives
  • Engage with customers interms of overall product positioning, concerns customers have if they boughtODA and in order to fine tune the product proposition
  • New Account development -identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions tosatisfy their requirements

  • Lead generation throughProduct and Country Specific Marketing campaigns.
  • Working with and developingrelationships with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners to drive revenue andmaximize customer service.
  • Working as part of anInternal Sales team each Oracle Digital salesperson will be allocated to workin dedicated territory and be responsible for all Oracle Database appliance(ODA) + software attached revenue.
  • Demonstrate a thoroughknowledge of Oracle Database Appliance and Oracle Technology products
  • Work with demand generationteam to implement direct sales campaigns in order to generate appropriatepipeline
  • Provide weekly accurate salesforecasts to Manager.
  • Ability to deliverexceptional results leveraging a complex ecosystem
  • Fluency in English AND Turkish
  • Knowledge of local marketsegment
  • Proven sales experience inworking with either TOP account and SMB market
  • Proven sales experiencewithin IT or services business
  • Strong commercial skills andtarget orientation
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’experience working with indirect / channel based model
  • Professional attitude, goodcross line of business organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated to continuouslyexpand skills and professional knowledge
  • Good communication andpersuasive skills, both written and verbal

    Detailed Description and Job Requirements Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts.

    The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep. Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.

    Territory may be combination of geographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions. Sells to the territory directly or via partners.

    The territory that this rep covers does not have an Inside Sales Rep or Field Rep. Utilizes inbound and / or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities.

    Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs.

    Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.

    Travels to customer sites to identify / develop sales opportunities. Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.

    Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals. Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

    Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

    Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players.

    Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills.

    Strong marketing skills. Travels to customer as needed. 2 or more years of relevant sales experience. BA / BS degree or equivalent preferred.
