We are looking for a new colleague to Group Quality Assurance team who will be in charge of quality assurance activities.
The responsibilities include identifying quality challenges (process, delivery) and their root causes, performing quality assessments and deep dive investigations, leading of quality improvement initiatives, proposing appropriate solutions, tracking actions to closure and communication of results to key stakeholders.

Performing various quality assessments and deep dive investigations
Identifying quality challenges and their root causes
Addressing and discussing issues and proposed appropriate solutions
Making recommendations for improvements
Tracking actions to closure
Documenting quality assurance activities and creating assessment reports
Communication of results to key stakeholders including top management
Good knowledge of TietoEVRY and industry standards (ITIL, ISO, agile methodologies, DevOps) is a plus
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance (The 5 Whys, Value stream mapping, Kaizen, Fishbone diagram)
Previous expertise in quality management or similar field
Problem solving & Critical thinking
Strong communication skills , fluent English
Experience with customer interactions is a plus

Multitasking abilities and responsibility & ownership of agreed tasks
Strong attention to details
