Learning Program Manager, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic
The purpose of this role is to manage Learning initiatives with the core responsibility of delivering the RLW courses and Compliance curricula to US NPC associates.
Key deliverables will include coordination of the internal and external teams contributing to successful launch of the quarterly required training windows and reporting / analysis related to these for the Compliance organization.
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Project manage cross divisional resources responsible for delivering the Required Learning Window courses including the Integrity & compliance curricula and manage complex communication with the wider Compliance community
Coordinate with vendors to ensure all content complies with Novartis technical and content standards
Drive results by interacting effectively with multiple senior stakeholders in a matrixed business environment and a diverse internal audience
Managing the setup, testing and deployment of training programs across an enterprise environment and managing the monthly updates to the curriculum calendar and service delivery of complex quarterly reports
Provides reports and data analysis to support business intelligence using the appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, macros, native LMS reporting features), track US specific changes regarding software updates to laptops / Iphones / iPads

What you’ll bring to the role :
Minimum 7 years experience in Learning Delivery, extensive experience in the full Learning Delivery Lifecyle including program design, development and management using a variety of learning technologies
Administrative knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Saba / Cornerstone experience a plus)
Knowledge of corporate compliance policies, best practice and industry codes of conduct preferred
Fluent English and global customer service orientation
