Unilever is continuously extending its presence in Home care category through global as well as local brands. Currently we’re looking for a passionate senior brand manager who will take of our key brands in House hold cleaning category and who will be potentially responsible for leading one or two junior brand managers.
Main responsibilities for this role :
1. Strategy & Performance
Short and mid term Strategy development & execution
Performance tracking, market data analysis, identifying opportunities for more growth
Securing pipeline of relevant innovations
Work hand in hand with Commercial Lead to secure listings & shelf expansion for both brands in classic retail, e-com, OOH and new channels
build awareness of new brands
build brand love & talk ability by communicating brand purposes
build and manage a team of freelancers / agencies / influencers that will help to build consumer love for both brands
Manage and own BMI budget
Key requirements and expectations :
Senior brand management experience, esp. in asset adaptation / development, media campaign planning and in new product launches
Preferred experience with brand development
Passion for building purposeful brands
Ideally Experience with leading a team
Self-drive & can-do attitude
Understanding financials & P&L
Understanding the of retail landscape and trade marketing tools
Fluency in English
