WHAT YOU'LL DO
You're experienced in new placement, executive search, coaching, and / or management appraisals? If so, become a part of our team and support our consultants as a Career Services Senior Specialist when they reposition themselves on the job market and advance their careers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing career advisory to our current and former consultants in Central and Eastern Europe, including counseling / coaching and support during the job search and transition processes.
Available to our consultants as a competent contact for all questions concerning career transition, you'll review and optimize applications and aid candidates in defining their job search strategies, in addition to identifying relevant contacts with companies, alumni, HR consultants / executive search firms and providing support in approaching them.
Your excellent communication skills will make it easy for you to cultivate and develop contacts with HR consultancies and the HR departments of potential new employers, ensuring the optimal placement of our consultants in open positions.
Using your strong service orientation, you'll optimize, revise, and further develop our tools, database, and farewell survey for departing colleagues.
You'll also be responsible for continuously updating our collection of materials, including sample resumes, project lists, letters, studies, and articles on career planning and development.
Overall, it will be your job to ensure frictionless, professional, and discreet career advisory.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have a degree from a college or university, optimally with a specialization in business psychology or HR management
Ideally, you have relevant experience of approximately 3 to 5 years in new placement, executive search, coaching, and / or management appraisals.
You’re proficient in the MS Office suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and in any of the Slavic languages, or in Hungarian
