If you join us you will
Deliver critical, complex technical customer support and provide problem solutions for our customers
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies : e.g.
Web based application - frontend / backend,
K8S and Docker deployments,
HTTP and REST API,
Vertica and other DBs,
Ruby, JavaScript, Java,
Single Sign-on,
DNS and networking
Deliver deeper follow-up investigation of technical tasks with engineering teams
Cooperate on incidents investigation and resolution
Develop a detailed understanding of GoodData platform and its components
You should
Have analytical thinking and willingness to learn
Have strong troubleshooting skills
Be proactive and forward thinking character
Be customer oriented with customer-facing experience
Have up to date general knowledge of IT
Have basic knowledge of HTTP and REST, SQL, Linux based OS and command line, Computer security, TCP / IP
Be able to read programming code and write simple scripts
Be fluent in English
