DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist Computer Vision . We support Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preference.
This job is about turning data into actionable knowledge, which requires a blend of scientific, problem solving, analytical, technical, and communication skills.
The role is primarily focused on (but is not limited to) solving business problems in the technological domain of Computer Vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify the business problems and find the right data and methods to address them
Process large volumes of structured and unstructured customer data using advanced analytical solutions
Turn analysed data into unique actionable insights and business value
Create high-quality data visualizations
Create data pipelines for feature engineering, missing values treatment, outliers' detection, etc
Perform research, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation, build predictive ML models across a broad range of industries and data sources
Estimate, plan and coordinate the delivery of moderate sized projects
Evaluate and select the best matching Data Science tools and libraries
Communicate effectively with different departments and roles (stakeholders, product managers, engineers) to discuss complex data-driven findings and technical specifications Educate and train Junior and Middle Data Scientists
REQUIREMENTS
2-3+ years of relevant experience; experience working with a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex (video) files
Strong knowledge of various data exploration and analysis techniques
Experience with one of the Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow)
Writing high-quality Python code according to PEP-8 guidelines
Advanced model / framework development and implementation skills in, at least, 1-2 areas : image classification, object detection, tracking and recognition, image segmentation, key point regression, etc.

Knowledge of pros&cons of SOTA ML architectures and applicable use cases for them
Experience with ML services of cloud providers : AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to design and supervise data labelling process
Ability to interpret and report results of analyses, provide business recommendations; ability to coach and train others
NICE TO HAVE
Extensive knowledge of complex or advanced Computer Vision techniques; ability to think out of the box; ability to provide consultative support
Solid knowledge in Data Science models productization, knowledge in Big Data processing, understanding of Big Data architectures
Machine Learning Engineering mindset, experience with Docker, Linux, CI / CD, MLFlow, etc
Ability to play a role of Project Coordinator for small teams
