Rise to the challengeAs IS Leader Customer Services, you will be responsible for delivery, maintenance and enhancements of IT end-

user services for our employees.

You will closely cooperate within our Czech-Slovak-Hungarian organization on promoting and supporting deployment of IT strategies. Your main responsibilities

  • lead a team that provides end-user IT support to our employees in headquarters and remote offices
  • ensure that the team activities are planned and services are delivered in line with business criticality, company standards and service management practices
  • actively collaborate with customers, suppliers and service partners to ensure end-to-end service delivery is meeting the customer needs
  • understand business strategies, drivers and priorities to propose and deliver adequate IT solutions
  • provide IT trainings, build awareness and communicate information in a clear, simple and understandable way focusing on maximizing added value for customers
  • promote an environment of cooperation across IT customer services and IT Help desk teams, drive alignments and streamline processes
  • lead end-user technology projects (HW / SW upgrades / deployments), closely cooperate with key stakeholders, manage expectations and adoption of deployed solutions
  • play a role of Service Management champion, provide a guidance on applying service management practices and standards
  • manage a part of IS budget by means of providing spending forecasts, support the IT management with updates for budget planning cycles Profile of the candidate
  • University degree in Engineering / Economics / BA with IT specialization
  • Experience in people management and good understanding of key business principles
  • 3+ years of business experience in IT
  • Help Desk management / Vendor management / Managed Services experience
  • Experienced in end-user technologies, SCCM, Active Directory, Antivirus, Mobile Device Management, iPad, iPhone, Mac
  • Proficient with ITIL methodology and service management practices
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, problem solving and teamwork
  • Native Czech or Slovak, fluent English (C1+ level), Hungarian is an advantage
  • Interested in new and emerging information technologies
