Description of the position :
à Manages tasks and projects in the Technical Support Department in order to improve its efficiency.
à Provides technical communication between Production, R&D and Technical Support Department.
à Provides root cause analysis and actively takes part in resolving technical issues.
à Collects, analyzes and reports data for the purpose of solving problems and improving company’s inner processes.
à At least a Bachelor’s Degree in field of Electronics or Mechanics Mechatronics or a combination of both education and relevant work experience.
à English language proficiency on a Level B2 (spoken & written).
à Willingness to travel (less than 10% of working hours).
à Ability to work independently as well as to cooperate in a team.
à Experience in project management is a great advantage.
à Knowledge and experience in Product Data Management (ECR O or NPI) is an advantage.
