About the team
We are a group of 20 multicultural individuals with more than 9 different nationalities. Last year, we onboarded from our Prague office over 150 customers located on different markets such as France, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), New Markets (Nordics, Italy, South Africa ) and provide excellence in customer service delivery.
We also love gathering and spend time together either for a barbecue on our rooftop terrace, by participating in sports activities like the Spartan race, attending activities organized by our Best Social Committee or simply catch up around a few beers after work on Fridays! And if we can’t meet in person, we connect virtually with coffee, drinks, we play games or we just chat.
Or, if allowed, we meet outside and do some outdoor activities together.
What you’ll do :
Position title : SAP Concur iXp Intern Service Coordinator with German
Location : Prague, Czech Republic
Expected start date : May 1st, 2021
The role is about :
Validating and defining expectations and scope of work
Escalation management : coordination and documentation of customer escalations
Triage : review and appropriate routing of service requests
Handoff to Support : managing transition processes between Implementation and Support
Acts as a point of contact for Post-Implementation Services
Any other similar task or responsibility as may be reasonably required

Assigning you a dedicated Buddy starting from Day 1
We will also encourage you to bring your improvement ideas on the processes and involve you in different internal initiatives

Obtaining university degree
English and German : Business Fluency in spoken and written form.
Ability to be self-directed and work independently
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
