PROJECT INFORMATION :

Client : Pharmaceutical industry

Business trips : occasionally meetings in Warsaw (if necessary)

Remote work : 100% remote

Project language : English / Polish

Project length : Long-term cooperation The first contract is signed for 12 months, then extensions.

Start : ASAP

Assignment type : B2B

Remuneration : 130-160 PLN / h depending on experience

The Client is a leading global provider of innovative SaaS software solutions, which are transforming the way the most successful life sciences companies handle drug safety, clinical development, regulatory compliance, and medical affairs.

Role :

We are currently looking for Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to work with a new team (6 Java Developers, 2 Frontend Developers, 3 Automation Testers, 1 DevOps Engineer).

The team will work on the development of a new product in cooperation with other teams in the US and India. The purpose of this product is to make the implementation of new clients to the Client’s platform easier and reduce service implementation costs significantly.

REQUIREMENTS :

At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role in a product development setting

Preferably technical background (prior experience in development and / or testing)

Experience with working in remote setup with a distributed team

Experience with JIRA

Fluent English skills and previous experience in international set-ups
