Our Security Operations teamhas currently 14 team members but we expect the team to grow to 20 people. Theteam consists of IT Security and Identity and Access Management Operationsprofessionals.
It is a global team, and our Operations Specialists cooperatewith colleagues from Denmark and China. The team cooperates via online channelson a daily basis and you would be expected to do so, too.
Yourqualifications and experience
You have hands on experience from SecurityOperations or you managed Security Operations team
You have experience with the peoplemanager / team leader position for 3+ years
You are experienced in leading a team of 15+ people
You have excellent leadership skills
You have in-depth knowledge of performancemetrics
Aswe work across regions, it is essential that you can act in an internationalenvironment
You should also be able to act proactivelyto ensure smooth and efficient collaboration
You are fluent in English
