Prior sourcing / recruitment experience, if possible in the IT domain
University education preffered or student
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong personality
Strong team player with entrepreneurial attitude
Highly motivated individual and self-starter
Domains covered(but not limited to) :
Salesforce (PM, BA, Developer, Lead, Release Management)
Fluent English and Czech
French or German is a plus
What you will do :
Search databases (LinkedIn, Jobs Boards), qualifying candidates, ascertaining relevant information and presenting to the staffing associate, relevant managers and business partners
Write and advertise roles, vacancies & pipeline positions
Ensure that all candidates share a relationship with b-i
Network within a competitive market to attain and attract new candidates
Maintain Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (updating, implementing etc.)
Maintain internal database - Taleo
