Role purpose :
You would be responsible for facilitating transactions, answering questions and complaints, delivering replacement / repair parts to our customers in the region of Latin America.
The job includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping.
What challenge can you expect?
You would be responsible for the daily coordination of fulfillment issues - asnwering questions and help solving problems from our customers (service centers, pilots, aircraft owners, airlines... )
Review business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.
Determine, decide and follow-up on warranty issues with customers and shop concerning new engine production as well as repairs and overhauls.
Complete customer and internal paperwork and follow up on mailfunction incidents.
What do we expect :
You have got a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least some years of experience in Services) as well as previous experience in Services, Customer Support or similar area in a technical company.
You are able to analyze technical processes, you are fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese language
Czech / Slovak language is an advantage
You have very good communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to solve operational problems on a daily bases and finding long term solutions and improvement plans.
