OUR MISSION Direct Retail channel’s mission is to deliver a Reduced Risk Products (RRPs) product experience in a transformative, delightful, trust-
earning and human way in retail formats under full PMI supervision.
The customer journey covers all stages, from the product discovery phase, through consumer’s need identification & purchasing decision to the retention stage.
The role of the Direct Retail team is to identify right locations for targeting our consumers in an appropriate & attractive way, to implement global & local visual merchandising principles, to ensure premium quality of services, to leverage on the global activation toolbox in combination with local development and to drive operational efficiency.
Various brand retail initiatives & tools are identified and implemented in order to game-changing experiences, to enhance understanding & credibility via transparency, to build personal connections with our consumers and to go beyond satisfaction with provided superior services.
To strengthen our Direct Retail team, we are currently looking for .
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES-Plan Direct Retail expansion (identify & set-up new locations) in order to build a Direct Retail network reflecting consumers’ needs across CZ & company’s KPI -
Constantly monitor traffic in Direct Retail locations & develop tools to increase visit rate while keeping high level of services & premium brand presence-
Develop dashboards and effective measurement tools to evaluate current and future initiatives against defined KPI s, communicate and highlight relevant KPI s to market management and other stakeholders-
Manage the 3rd party operator responsible for ongoing Direct Retail agenda (incl.
contracting, fees management, stock management, location negotiations) -Optimize the operation model processes taking into account financial, operational and legal environment-
Monitor & forecast sales volume for all Direct Retail channel based on the product portfolio availability & performance-Act as the market Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of Direct Retail Performance, develop and foster strong collaboration and cross-
functional partnerships with different stakeholders within the team and across the company EDUCATION EXPERIENCE KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS-
University degree in BusinessEconomicsMarketing-At least 3 years of experience in tradebrand retail business in FMCG or premium B2C brand companies -
Combination of strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking, customer focus-Excellent communication & negotiation skills-
Experience in 3rd parties suppliers management-Agility and skills to act in ambiguity-Cross-functional development would be an asset-
