Support and coordinate the MS franchise / product marketing programs in the (country) and will be held accountable for the execution of the marketing programs and the impact sales performance.

This includes collaborating across functions in the country with Network marketer and within the marketing team in EU+ to inspire customer engagement focus and excellence in execution for patient impact.

Job Description

Situational analysis and tactical planning

1. Support the analysis of patient / HCP, market, competitors and internal capabilities to generate insights and develop a priority needs map for the country.

2. Support and be accountable for franchise and product planning (sales, units, costs) in collaboration with cross functional team aligned with the global strategy and leveraging / adapting (to country needs) the lead country tactical plans to deliver a multi-channel campaign plan.

3. Support the development of metrics to track execution of marketing programs and KPIs that measure the impact of the programs

Leadership of marketing programs and inspiring excellence in execution

1. Collaborate in communicating the country needs and potential solutions and then leverage the content, material and tactics delivered by lead countries.

2. Coordinate the trainings needed to manage the marketing processes and implementation of the marketing programs

3. Drive the adaptation of materials and tactics to local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and languages. ( driving efficiency in levering materials from lead countries)

4. Support the cross functional team in aligning on the customer engagements across the field force and other channels to deliver a multi-channel campaign.

5. Track business performance ( franchise and product) and execution of marketing programs

Customer engagements

1. Coordinate and support national / regional commercial HCP events and meetings

2. Support local commercial HCP events and meetings organized by sales force

3. Meet with key opinion leaders 2-3 times a year

Ensure Compliance

1. Adherence to Biogen code of conduct, SOPs

2. Adherence to local laws and regulations


  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (min. 3 years) in commercial function
  • Sales experience of 2 years (preferred)
  • Solid IT skills
  • Strong personal drive, proactive
  • Focused, objective and solution oriented
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Education

  • Scientific, medical, paramedical and / or business management background
  • Bachelor’s degree preferable
  • Mid-Senior Level
