About the role :

Work as software support for Data Analytics tools available globally

Responsible for software maintenance upgrade and patch release management

Support Incident, Problem and Change Management process

Monitor supported services to be ahead of potential issues

Liaise with software vendors to resolve problems and improve the service quality

On-call support (rotational within the team)You should have :

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

3-5 years working experience in Infrastructure / Software support

Well verse in Linux commands

Basic knowledge in shell / python scripting

Ability to communicate in English in both writing and oral

Analytical skills and ability to get quickly from problem to solution

Customer oriented and active contributor to teamworkNice to have :

Technical knowledge in Oracle Hyperion Essbase platform

Sound knowledge in data analytic tool such as SplunkWe offer :
