We're hiring to bring on an Analytics specialist who will help us gain a deeper understanding of how our shoppers engage with LEGO® Brand through our eCommerce platform across REEMEA region hat are the most efficient levers of eCommerce sales results!
And using that knowledge to produce impactful insights & recommendations for the LEGO Group eCommerce business using sophisticated analytics techniques.
Gain a deep understanding of how shoppers engage with LEGO® through eCommerce; using that knowledge, produce significant insights & recommendations for the LEGO® eCommerce business using sophisticated analytics techniques
Closely collaborate with BU teams to interpret customer-specific data to provide impactful insights
Define data analysis needs and requests for external data sources in order to more accurately target and convert shoppers
Execute relevant data analysis for business-as-usual and specific campaigns (e.g. holidays, product releases, etc.) across a range of eCommerce partner sites
Partner closely with BU Sales Teams & Retail Marketing functions across the organisation
Measure sales & marketing stimuli (A / B and multi-variant) test results in collaboration with other teams to build more robust campaigns
Define and uphold standards and processes for analysis & reporting

The Regional B2B eCommerce team sets the strategy for the eCommerce sales channels (both pure eComm and omnichannel) and for overarching eComm platforms (i.
e. marketplaces and price comparison sites). As the importance of Digital channels is growing significantly, the eComm Teams' high performance is crucial for delivering the overall business results.
The team sets the strategy to deliver sales targets and together with markets is responsible for excellent and consistent implementation across the eCommerce landscape with the aim to gradually build and strengthen the Brand presence.
This Analytics role is supporting both on a regional basis as well as the BUs providing swift insights to continuously drive business and optimize our budget allocation.
Do you have what it takes?
In-depth experience and knowledge in eCommerce / digital analytics
Ability to perform deep-dive analysis, synthesize results, develop stories, build strategies and make recommendations to business and technical leaders
Confirmed expertise in data manipulation, test design, predictive modeling and analytics
Deep proficiency with analytics tools
Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skills
Familiarity with marketing and business metrics; experienced in the design, development and preparation of business presentations and reports
Experience with a variety of MarTech platforms and its implementation on 3rd party partners sites
