Job Description Summary

The CRM Technical Specialist focuses on building and maintaining the global CRM system while following the best practices in IT.

The key skill of this person is continuous strive for improvement in both self-development and technical solutions.

The CRM Technical Specialist supports a global CRM system and builds basic components that are later used for any connected apps.

This is a great opportunity to get to know different platforms, technologies and follow the last trends in the industry.

The person in this position is fully responsible for the technical details of the solution and must prove the feature is properly tested and documented before handing it over to the business counterpart.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Understand the requirement and propose a scalable solution in the CRM system (Salesforce Sales, Veeva CRM). Duties involved in Salesforce Sales Cloud : custom object creation, custom page layouts, maintain custom profiles, create permissions, work with process builder, flows, visualforce components, validation rules, creation of record types, workflow rules, creation of reports, dashboards.

Be aware of all the implications to the connected platforms and communicate the change to the product owner

Understand the priority of the requests and implement the solutions to meet business specifications, project timescales, and users’ expectations

Ensure the solution will be in line with best IT practices, compliance, and security rules

Be responsible for complete technical documentation and share it following some standards

Work collaboratively with the team members (aprox. 12 people) as well as other IT stakeholders from around the globe and from various platforms

Follow the conversation with 3rd party provider when some challenges are identified

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics; Business Management, Marketing or Computer Science or similar area

Skills Required :

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool

Knowledge of Veeva CRM or other Veeva module like Vault, Network, Engage is a big advantage

Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce is a great advantage

Familiar with deployment process and change management

Fluent in English

Experience working independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment

Good knowledge of MS Office tools
