As part of the team, you will focus on creating, managing, and automating test data ; defining and implementing automated test cases , and monitoring and reporting on product quality.
Together with the team, you will apply best practices for structuring test automation in CI / CD pipelines . You will also contribute to sharing and driving the adoption of test automation best practices across development teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Defining test strategy and -process for the product
Developing and maintaining automated UI and regression test scripts
Refining acceptance criteria and reviewing test coverage of new features
Plan, schedule and execute test efforts (manual and automated) as part of release plans
Maintaining automated tests and test environments to support Continuous Integration and Deployment
Analyzing regression test runs and evaluating results together with the development team
Ensuring a shift-left / early test mindset within the team
Exploratory testing & breaking code
Communicate value and benefits of test automation to stakeholders
Aligning test automation efforts with regulatory quality assurance Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :
You have +3 years of experience as a Software Engineer focusing on test automation or a similar role
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI / CD Pipelines, and Git
Working experience with structuring test automation in CI / CD Pipelines
Familiar with Cypress, Selenium or similar tool based on scripting
Working experience with Test Driven Design and Behaviour Driven Development
Black box test design techniques
Self-driving with one or more programming languages like C# / .Net, Javascript, Ruby, Python, etc.
ISTQB, TMap, RST, or similar relevant certifications within software test
Understanding of QA in regulated industries is an asset
